Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

| 2 medium heads | broccoli | |
| 3 T | olive or other vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 tsp | kosher salt | |
| 1/4 tsp | cracked pepper | |
| 1/2 tsp | Tones rosemary seasoning |
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Wash broccoli heads and remove any leaves
- Cut up your broccoli into pieces of your desired size
- Line a half-sheet pan with foil
- Put broccoli pieces on sheet pan
- Add oil and mix with broccoli
- Add all other spices
- Put in the oven and set a timer for 10 minutes
- When the timer goes off, check the broccoli for doneness and give it a mix.
- If not done, put back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes to desired doneness.
