Baked Steelhead Trout
Tasty trout in foil packets

Ingredients

| 2 lb | Steelhead Trout Filet | |
| 4 T | Butter | |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves | minced - can add more |
| 1 | Lemon | |
| 3 T | Parmesan Cheese | optional |
| Sea Salt & Ground Pepper | to taste |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place filets skin side down on foil packs (just stick them on pieces of aluminum foil big enough to fold up around each piece of fish)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the filets
- In small bowl, stir together melted butter and garlic.
- Brush garlic butter over the filets. Make sure to get the garlic off the bottom of the bowl
- Top with Parmesan cheese and sliced lemon, if desired.
- Close the foil packs
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
- Optional: Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end of cooking to slightly brown filet.
- Serve immediately.
