Garlic Drumsticks
Super tasty chicken legs - beware of garlic
Servings: 2-4 servings

Ingredients

| 2 lbs | Chicken Drumsticks | |
| 2 T | Olive Oil | |
| 5-10 | Garlic Cloves | sliced |
| 1 | Lemon | juiced |
| 1/2 Cup | Fresh Parsley | finely chopped - (I would say optional) |
| 4 T | Butter |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Place the chicken pieces in a butter greased baking pan.
- Generously salt and pepper the chicken.
- Sprinkle the garlic and parsley over the chicken pieces and drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil on top.
- Bake the chicken until golden and the garlic slices have turned brown and roasted - about 30-40 minutes
- Depending on how large the pieces are lower the temperature a little toward the end.
