Roasted Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 lbs Whole mushrooms cleaned and stems trimmed
tt Salt & pepper
4 T Butter melted
2 tsp Garlic minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 T Olive oil
3 T Parmesan grated
2 T Fresh herbs Chopped, I used parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the plan in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring halfway through the cook time.
  6. With five minutes left sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the mushrooms
  7. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, then serve immediately.
