Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie

Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie
Easy to make and super comfort food.
Ingredients

| 2 C | Cooked Chicken or Turkey | |
| 1 pkg | Frozen Mixed Veggies | Peas, Carrots, beans, corn |
| 2 T | Oil | |
| 5 serving | Hungry Jack Mashed potatoes | |
| 3 T | Flour | |
| 1/2 C | Chicken broth | |
| 3/4 C | Milk | |
| Seasoning as you prefer |
Instructions:
- Make the sauce by taking 2 tablespoons of oil and 3 Tablespoons flour and whisk together over med. heat.
- When browned a bit, add 1/2 cup chicken broth or bouillon slowly whisking continuously.
- Then add 3/4 cup of milk slowly whisking the whole time.
- Add any seasoning you prefer. (I like savory, salt and pepper)
- Continue cooking a few min until thickened.
- Pour sauce over Chicken and vegetable, Mix tog. pour into an 8 or 9" pie plate or square pan.
- Spoon prepared mashed potatoes over top and bake 30 min at 350.
- Can make double If double use a bag of frozen mixed veg. freeze one.
- If reheating from frozen:
- Let thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake about 40-45 min instead to allow center to still cook through.
