1 tsp<\/td>\nvanilla<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Stove top<\/h4>\n

  1. Heat cream to a boil <\/li>\n
  2. Add chocolate chips and vanilla<\/li>\n
  3. Stir mixture until melted, combined, and smooth<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Microwave<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Put cream and chocolate chips in large microwave safe bowl<\/li>\n
    2. Heat in 1-2 minute intervals - stirring between each heating until chocolate chips are mostly melted.\n

      1. Be careful not to overheat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Stir mixture until combined and smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Cooling for frosting<\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. Method 1\n
            \n
          1. Get a larger bowl and fill bottom with ice.<\/li>\n
          2. Put bowl of ganache in the larger bowl.<\/li>\n
          3. Stir ganache until it has the proper consistency - i.e. thick enough that it won't run off the cake.<\/li>\n
          4. Be careful not to get melted water in the ganache<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. Method 2\n

            1. Put bowl of ganache in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n
            2. Take out every couple of minutes to stir.<\/li>\n
