2 lb<\/td>\nSteelhead Trout Filet<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4 T<\/td>\nButter<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2<\/td>\nGarlic Cloves<\/td>\nminced - can add more<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1<\/td>\nLemon<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3 T<\/td>\nParmesan Cheese<\/td>\noptional<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\nSea Salt & Ground Pepper<\/td>\nto taste<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Instructions<\/h3>\n

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.<\/li>\n
  2. Place filets skin side down on foil packs (just stick them on pieces of aluminum foil big enough to fold up around each piece of fish)<\/li>\n
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the filets<\/li>\n
  5. In small bowl, stir together melted butter and garlic.<\/li>\n
  6. Brush garlic butter over the filets. Make sure to get the garlic off the bottom of the bowl<\/li>\n
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese and sliced lemon, if desired.<\/li>\n
  8. Close the foil packs<\/li>\n
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.<\/li>\n
  10. Optional: Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end of cooking to slightly brown filet.<\/li>\n
