but that can leave spice bombs<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<h4>Broth:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Roast beef bones in oven for about an hr until they get brown.<\/li>\n<li>Sautee onion, Carrot and Celery with salt till Onion gets soft and translucent.<\/li>\n<li>Add Beef bones, pepper and allspice berries and enough water to cover<\/li>\n<li>Cook in instant pot for 1 hr.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Stew:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut Chuck roast into 1&quot;-ish chunks. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Heat stock\/stew pot with some neutral oil in it. Brown Chuck roast in batches until it is all browned.
