center;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<h4>Brine<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>52 hours before the turkey goes into the oven<\/li>\n<li>In a pot add 1\/2 broth and apple juice and all herbs and spices and heat until simmering<\/li>\n<li>Let simmer about 20 minutes and turn off and let cool or put in fridge overnight<\/li>\n<li>Once room temperature add to brining bag and add remaining broth and apple juice.<\/li>\n<li>Add turkey to bag and add ice to have enough liquid to cover turkey. (should be approx 48 hrs before turkey goes into oven)<\/li>\n<li>Seal bag up tightly.<\/li>\n<li>Put in cooler or other container and surround with remaining ice. Put somewhere cold.<\/li>\n<li>Turn bag\/turkey in container at min every 12 hours during brining time.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure turkey and liquid stay very cold by refreshing ice as often as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Turkey Prep<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>1 hour before turkey goes in the oven, take turkey out of the brine dry thoroughly and put in pan. <\/li>\n<li>Mince garlic<\/li>\n<li>Cut apples and onions into wedges<\/li>\n<li>Cut Carrots and Celery into approx 6&quot;
