The batter will be lumpy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff but not dry.<\/li>\n<li>Fold in egg whites.<\/li>\n<li>Cook waffles as directed by waffle machine.\n<ol>\n<li>Usually about 1.25 minutes per side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>For heart shaped waffle maker.\n<ol>\n<li>Heat waffle maker on medium until hot.<\/li>\n<li>Add batter and close.
